There is a Shopify merchant (https://cleanlino.com/) who is clearly selling counterfeit goods, and I have already reported them through https://help.shopify.com/en/questions/buyer-complaint#/customer-support/report-order-issue over a month ago. But the merchant has still been selling knock-off goods in the meantime:
They have also removed all methods of contacting them from their website, and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. While my bank refunded me my order, I worry that others may not be so lucky as the site remains available and is still accepting orders.
Does Shopify actually do anything about their merchants selling counterfeit goods?
