I was wondering if i am able to merge the different variants of my Ali Express product as shown in the screenshot into one set. I want to offer my customers a full set of silverware and not single knives or spoons.

Because these products are drop shipped, they each have a unique identifier and can’t be bundled together as a new product, unless the vendor supplying the product creates one for you to use.
A potential way around this is to use a third party app called a “sku bundler”, which allows you to create packages you can sell with multiple unique items in them. You can have a look at some of those apps here: Sku Bundler Apps - Shopify App Store.
I would first search for other reliable vendors who might offer this as a package or contact the vendor directly to see if they can create a package for you.
