We sometimes receive new stock into our business that is exactly the same item but has a new SKU number. It is often a core item, like a white shirt that is purchased again the next season. The result is that we end up with 2 identical items on the website and the only difference is the product code, which the customers doesn’t notice. Are you able to merge the two product codes? We are trying to avoid having the same item appear on the site twice or even three times.
