Message function in shop not working correctly

If someone uses the message us function on my shop it goes through to my personal email and I can’t figure out why as the email set up on shopify is a different email

I understand that you have a message function in your shop and the messages are going to your personal email address. While I’m not sure which app/integration you’re using, you can change your sender email address through the Store details settings in your admin.

That being said, if you’re using a third-party app/integration, then it’s possible that you need to explore changing your emails for some of your other credentials. For example, if you’re using something that links with Facebook Messages, then the email used could be tied to your personal Facebook account or Facebook page
