We just started using Shopify so maybe we are missing something obvious but this is driving me nuts:
If I log into the back end, go to Orders > Drafts and then create a manual order, Shopify will automatically but this message across the bottom of the packing list:
“Customer service team has been notified to calculate shipping fees and contact for payment.”
What is this ridiculous message? I didn’t add it, no one needs to get notified, the shipping fees were already calculated and the customer definitely does not need to see this message on their packing slip. I can’t even understand the logic behind this magically appearing message. How do I make it go away?
(I know that I can click on the details of the order and then click the pencil icon in the Notes section and delete this message - but we are not putting this message here, Shopify is)
