Hi,

For some reason the sales generated from my Meta Conversion ad campaign are not showing up on the Shopfiy Dashboard. There are clearly sales happening but I can only view via Meta Suite. The sales did previously show but now I cannot see any sales from Facebook ever. They have all disapeared.

How do I fix this so that I can see the sales by Facebook channel?

Has anyone from Shopify looked into this? We’ve also had the same issue, but I can’t see one reply from a Shopify rep to help fix the problem.
