If your product sets aren’t appearing in the Meta (Facebook) catalogue after linking Shopify, it’s likely due to missing or misconfigured product data, such as availability, categorization, or proper tagging in Shopify. Ensure that your products are marked as available on Facebook under each product’s sales channel settings in Shopify. Also, check your Commerce Manager in Meta to confirm that the product feed is syncing correctly and that your sets are properly defined or created within Meta.

I have created new product sets, and that is not visible in the commerce manager. Old ones are seen, but new ones are not.
