Meta and Google Analytics have disconnected

I’m hoping to find someone who can help.Our Google Analytics & Meta accounts have disconnected from our Shopify. We’re trying to resync but we it’s not working.

Hoping someone can provide some guidance. We’re also looking for a Shopify expert to work with on a monthly basis to maintain our store.

This is a tricky one to diagnose, once in the code is in the header of the website it should work.

I presume this was working as expected before?

Hi there, yep it was working fine before and all of the sudden neither are synched and we arent able to restablish the connection.
