How do you add/change the metadata and the content on the collection page? I’m asking about the parent page, not the individual collections.

Here are the instructions:
Click on Themes under Online Store (in the navigation bar)
Click on Green button: Customize to make changes to the current Theme.
You will arrive at the Theme editor.
On the top middle part of the page, click on the Drop Down box and select “Collection List”
That’s where you can change the layout and text of that page.
