Meta Descriptions have my Brand Name for all pages at the end after upgrading to 2.0

I just upgraded to 2.0 and realized that my product pages meta descriptions all have my brand name at the end. I was able to figure out how to get rid of them for the product title pages, but can’t figure out how to change them for the meta descriptions. I’m sure it’s something easy that I am overlooking.
