Meta Pixel is not firing for ATC (Add to cart)
I’ve searched through Google, Shopify Community Forums, and ran test events through Business Suite but I can’t seem to get my “add to cart” on my pixel to fire, from what I can see it shows the event as a “custom event”.
We’ve been open for around 18 months and make sales every few days so I know the issue isn’t the event not happening. Pixel seems to fire for everything else such as purchases and initiating checkout etc
I’m at a bit of a loose end with it
