Hey guys, I am having an issue with the meta pixel set up on my website. For some reason I cannot get it to work.

The meta pixel helper is not firing on my website and test events is not showing any events at all. I have tried everything, re-installing, creating new pixels, everything.

I have downloaded the Facebook & Instagram app created / connected the right pixel through the app. I have triple checked that it is the right pixel. I have created a pixel to half a dozen websites and never had any issues but now for some reason it just isn’t working. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know if the issue is the theme ? As this is the first time I am installing a meta pixel on a paid theme. (Motion).

I have done this process on dawn theme multiple times without any issues so yeah, any suggestions would be appreciated.

@berry_3 Looks like your issue is fixed now. Could you please help me how did you solve the issue. AS I am facing the same issue with my store now. Tried so many options but no luck
