I am trying to set up my first ad on FB but my api feed for purchase is not showing when I try and build an ad. I cannot select ‘maximise values for conversions’ even though it is tracking purchases. API conversions are green for other actions such as initiate cart, but I want it for purchases. I did a test purchase and it showed event tracking so i’m not sure what I need to do. Can anyone help?
Which pixel app are you using? In this situation, please ensure that your Conversion API events are working correctly with Purchase action. If the Pixel setup is correct, it may take a bit of time for Facebook to process and recognize new events, maximum some hours or some days.
