Does anbody use this app?..struggling with it but have persevere as setup by develeoper and too far into project.
Only using for Products
Can you create a template and filter on prods by collection ect.
Is it correct when searching a prod I cant search by text string, or prod background field…it has to be exact Product Title match. Well annoying

Editing existing Product metafileds
Once Ive imported Ive been told I cant then use the export (edit excel) & re-import to edit. Therefore, bit nervous importing original file which is diff to map and over 2000 item lines.
Is it correct I cant make ammendments via import/export. E.g re-import exisitng product to overwrite that prods meta?
Ive contacted them direct through live chat but their extremely poor. Prompt and try to be helpful but they seem to have no knowledge of there own app. When advising me how to map initial import there guessing & cant explain to me why import was failing etc.
