METAFIELDS - Is information entered in a metafield on a Product Page "Searchable" ?

Hi All

I have entered metafields to my product pages (as some of my products have both SKU #'s & Part #'s)

Is the information added to these metafields (i.e. SKU # or Part #) “searchable” in the storefront for customers?

No, any data entered in metaobject or metafield are not searchable at storefront.

Shopify allow searching for description and title only.
