Metrics for the web hook insights is not showing

The app insights is not showing in the partners dashboard while i trigger the web hook, but the web hook deliveries and responses are working fine, but the web hook insights data in the partners app dashboard is not showing anything. How can I fix the issue ?

Even though the web hook works well I couldn’t see the metrics in the dashboard of the app.

Did you find a solution for this issue? I have the same and the monitoring system still does not work in my app (Partner Shopify), I’m not sure what I’m missing. I appreciate your help, thanks.
