Migrating from existing Nop Commerce Site

I have an existing Nop Commerce site, and would like to migrate my data (customers, products, orders )from the old site to build my shopify one. i am a bit concerned about losing SEO value if there is duplication of content, so can I have the new site non live while I am working on it, to only go live when i am ready to flick the switch.

if you are looking to create New Website or Store then it will reflect the seo of the product page and other pasge as well as,
So that you have to do Seo again for your product page.
