I believe this depends on whether your codes are static or dynamic. Most QR code generators offer both, the static ones usually for free (at least the one I use), and you can’t edit them. With dynamic QR codes, however, you have the option to edit the destination, so the fact that you migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify should play a role. Anyway, good to hear you solved this.
