Migrating Subscriptions and orders from Woocomerce to Shopify

Hello everyone,

I am migrating my store from Woocomerce to Shopify.

In Woocomerce, I have gone into Tools>Export> and selected All Content.

My customers and products got migrated except for my subscribers and past orders.

I have also tried - instead of ticking All Content, just selecting Subscribers and Orders, an xml file is created successfully, however when I try to upload the file using the Store Importer app the error message I receive is:

‘May3__1_.xml couldn’t be uploaded because it is not a recognized file. Ensure you’ve chosen the correct file or learn more about which files can be uploaded’

I used the exactly same process to export the customers and products using the All Content option without any issue.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how I can solve this?

Any suggestions how I can import my subscribers and orders without the use of a third party app such as Cart2cart etc.

Does the Store Importer app still exist? I can’t seem to find it?
