I’m trying create a stand-alone sign-up page on my Minimal theme website, but can’t work out how to add a box for cutomer email and a subscribe button

Do you have a demo layout how you want to design the Signup page ?

This will need changes including HTML, CSS and liquid depending on the theme code. Thus it can’t be completely coded here. Please seek help of a developer to help you at a reasonable rate for your store.
