Minimal theme - decrease amount of pixels around the logo in header menu

In the Minimal theme how do I decrease the amount of pixels around the logo in header menu, which is also above the main navigation menu? There is too much white space above and below the logo (Suite Dreams Home Emporium)Thank you!

Thank you kindly for your feedback. Your white-space cropping idea was the first thing I did, but there is the remaining white space above and below the logo.
