Minimal Theme: How to edit the Menu size?

Hello everybody,

Now I’m using Minimal theme and i have some issue:

1. As you see, the menu bar is fall to the second line. Now I want to place it in one line. How to do that?

2. The photo in the collection section in the front page are not in the same size (some big and some small) . How to resize it?

Please help me to fix it.
