Minimal Theme- Move Collection Description to Bottom of Page (below Product Images)

Hello,

I have a Shopify store built on Minimal Theme. On the Collection page, Collection Title is followed by Collection Description which is followed by Product Images. I would like to move Collection Description after Product Images (just above the Footer).

Can someone help with this problem?
