MinMaxify users - Can this app limit quantity per customers (not Checkout)?

I am looking to subscribe this app (MinMaxify).

I am particularly looking for a functionality to limit quantity that a customer can order. This will be accumulated by a customer (or by address), not just per checkout.

Does anyone know if MinMaxify has such capability? Thank you

What the important things this app can provide.

or you can get this functionality by the custom code.

You don’t have to pay the monthly recurring fees at all.

Hi yes, I am on my free trial with them

I just couldn’t work it out how to enable such functionality. Do you know how to? Or any contact that I can reach out to confirm it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some insight to Order Limits - MinMaxify and its functionality. For confirmation, I would recommend contacting the app developers directly but it is outlined that quantity can be limited based on customers using a tag.

I would recommend checking out our Managing Customers Documentation for steps on how to tag customer and/or customer groups to successfully set this up. It outlines however:

  • From the Shopify admin, head to Customers.
  • Click the customer name.
  • To apply tags to the customer profile, in the Tags section, do either of the following:
    • To add a tag, click the box, and then select a tag.
    • To remove a tag, click the X next to a tag.

Just confirmed with MinMaxify support team that this is not possible feature.
