Hey I guess Misanthrope Studios (https://misanthropestudios.us/ , https://www.instagram.com/misanthropestudios/). https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/1g6km29/misanthropestudios_on_instagram_and_the_threads/ is scamming people, I also was scammed. Ordered a month ago, countless emails to support and no answers at all. Can u do something with it? I can show more to support or sum.

You should report it at https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant and add order details.

@Laza_Binaery is right you can report the store at shopify site but all you will get is a response stating “Thanks for bringing this to our attention”
then something like "if your in good contact with the merchant contact the merchant to resolve the issue " yea been there tried that …
and then “however due to our Terms and conditions” we cant provide you any update or resolution… they do not offer to dispute any transaction, they are more worried to not get any commission…
if you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company and dispute the charge… this will be the only way to get back your money if the store is a scam store…
yea tried that… what if they claim they have no order and you have only the receipt of the direct debit of your account…
yea well stripe company who is process the order says the same “Thanks for bringing this to our attention” wen can not share any details of the client who received your funds… bla bla ignoring any EU rules for payment facilitators claiming they are protected by the Privacy rules..
Reported it to Shopify too.. and the response is as mentioned above:

Dispute the Credit card charge as soon as possible because this is what hurts them
Hey @fsdhkjl , I bought a belt from misanthrope studios earlier this year and it took 3 months to come but i eventually got it in the end. I decided to order two more belts from their restock in October, it’s now December and there have been no updates. I’m not 100% sure if it’s a scam because I actually received my belt before even though it took a while to come, but I’ve talked with other people and some have received their belts and some haven’t. Do you think I should just dispute my current charge with them and try get a refund, or just stick it out and hope the other belts come eventually???
Yea thats the thing, its very hard to figure out which shops are scam and which shops are very badly managed …
there should be some policy In place to dispute payments via the Shopify platform but there is not since Shopify is more worried not getting commission on the sales no matter if they are delivered or not…
