Misrepresentation Policy in Google Merchant

My website was marked as “Misrepresentation” and I can’t find the issue. Anyone can help? Anami (anamiloja.com)

For example, I recommend you add your business details in the footer (address)

For example, your checkout does not work and it redirects to https://anami.pay.yampi.com.br/cart which says the cart is empy.

I tested it and the cart is working correctly. the address appears in the footer

I tried again with the cart, there are issues, maybe it’s something to do with users outside of your countries, in this case, please note that the whole website and checkout needs to work for everyone in the world, even if you don’t target that country.

Emmanuel - can you please help me with my misrepresentation issue. I’ve been experiencing this error for several months and have fixed the things google has mentioned. My site is https://www.avycoffee.com

did you try to add a product in the cart and it show a message that the cart is empty?

When I click on pay, and please note your website language may differ from the translated version. It then redirects to the URL I demonstrated, then shows the screenshot. I recommend you contact a developer or the payment gateway support you are using.

For example, don’t have auto currency conversion.

Missing business details in the footer and on the contact page (address, email, phone, business hours, etc)

Missing in or out of stock on product landing page.
