Did you get the issue resolved by getting the case escalated? I think I’m facing the same issue with two of my Shopify stores because usually my payouts arrive within a few hours but now I have waited over 24 hours and still nothing. The payout is showing as paid with a bank reference, do you think I should wait longer or get this escalated.
