Missing and Incorrect Customer Info

Hi eveyone :slightly_smiling_face:

We’re facing an issue with the customer profiles not showing all of the customer’s info.

All of the feilds that the customer is required to fill in when creating an account are mandatory, two of them being # and country, but when looking at the customer’s profile, we are not able to see their # and the country shows up as United States no matter what country they type in.

We have also tried using a different browser, incofnito tab, different device, and different network, all per shopify’s recommendation.

We’d love to know if any of you have faced a similar issue and were able to solve it because shopify’s customer support keeps claiming that they are able to see all of the customer’s info on their end.
