Hello I’m new I sold two items today I have a no idea why customer information is asterisk can’t see everything

Is this scam?

i canceled order but

please someone explain

Thank you for the screenshot! Does the customer contact information look the same as that in the order details themselves/in the customer account? If yes then most likely this user entered their name in that fashion.

You did the right thing by cancelling these orders. I recommend that you consider enabling payment authorization for your store to help avoid paying fees for cancelling these possibly fraudulent orders: Shopify Help Center | Payment authorization and capture.
