Missing Privacy policy checkbox for the contact form

hello, in germany i think it is obligatory to inform the customer about data privacy before sending the message. this option or link is not available on the shopify contact form and i have therefore avoided integrating it into the homepage. why is such a simple checkbox not available? i am surely not the only customer in germany. greetings frank

Hello, did you manage to sort this out? I think with GDPR/Privacy we need to ensure customers consent to sending their details in the contact form.

I am still looking for a way to add a checkbox statement. The same goes for the subscribe button.

Would appreciate any help here.
