Mistakes about packaging quality

Are there any packaging quality standards that we should be aware of?

For example, I had a custom packaging order done by a manufacturer and the paper boxes have white small debris inside it.

And also had another batch of B-flute boxes made and there will be like tiny “hairs” when I fold the boxes.

Just wondering how do we prevent mistakes like these in the future and are there any common imperfections about packaging we should be aware of so that we can prevent them?

Oh man, I would try to find a new packaging provider!

It could be what they’re using to cut. The blade used for the dies (cookie cutter for boxes) may be old and dull.

We laser cut all boxes on our website so you’ll never have to deal with this. For more questions go to support@arka.com and thanks for messaging in!
