I need a little help with trying to add to my store. I want to allow purchasers to choose a graphic and then choose which item they want. Is this possible on my shopify store?

Yes it’s possible.
You can display a collection image or collection metafield as a graphic and on click to redirect to the collection page or on click of it display a grid of products in the next row, depending on the requirement.

What theme are you using? Yes, this is possible with custom code.
