I have Studio Them 13.1. The drop-down menu on the desktop works fine when you click on the Collection Header. You can view all the products associated with that collection by clicking on it. However, when you click on the drop-down menu on mobile, it does not work the same way. After clicking on the Header on mobile, a submenu drops down. I believe there is a CSS code that can change this, but I need assistance on what that code is and where to put it. Thank you.

If you allow clicking on the parent menu on mobile, the visitors cannot click on the sub-menu anymore because after clicking on it, it will open to the collection link and not drop down the sub-menu anymore.
