Mobile portrait mode in prestige theme customer login icon shows as only dot

Good day,

The customer login button on portrait mode in mobile shows as only a dot. in landscape mode the whole page looks fine. any advice. Theme developers are saying it is due to some customization or an app installed. Never done any customizing on the page. have tried adjusting the size of the logo to a smaller one, but that didn’t make any difference.

any one. tried the simulation on chrome and it doesnt even show there is a customer login icon. only on the device it shows like that.

disabling show icon in theme header doesnt make any difference on portrait view and it shows the dot on the landscape view also on mobile.
