Product shot zoom works great on desktop, but on mobile phones it’s not working?
The images are all 1800 x 1800 pixels or greater, and I’m sure i checked “enable zoom” on the online store settings…

Most current themes do not support this feature. As some coding options have already been suggested, I recommend checking out the Shopify App Store for an alternative.
