Help. My mobile store is freezing after using it for about 1 second. Navigation bar will not even respond. I have made no changes and this started I am guessing Sunday 8/16/20 since I have no orders since then. I am losing so much business! Page Speed tools are not giving any clue that it is freezing. Any ideas on troubleshooting would be so helpful. Thank you.

I have narrowed down the problem but have no idea how to troubleshoot it. All mobile screens are freezing after hitting the 3-bar navigation. This is happening even in the admin screen when I view the store for mobile. Any help would be appreciated. I am loosing so many sales on mobile.

I see that there are some font loading issue on your shop. Those fonts are loaded from this file:

The 2 fonts below seems to be causing some issue when loading:

You will need to replace the %23iefix with #iefix
And this might solve your issue.

I see those files referenced in the CSS. They are using the #iefix. Am I missing another place where the reference might be to %23iefix?
