Mobile version move description of featured collection

Hi for the desktop version I moved the description to the right of each image.

However this doesn’t work well for the mobile version:

Could somebody please help me to move the description on the mobile version under each image but keep the desktop version the way it is???

You can add to this code to your theme:

Adding this to the bottom of theme.liquid doesn’t work.
