Hi Everyone.
We moved our Modalsyt 900+ fully edited products from our Shopify Store from
SYNC LIST to IMPORT LIST to ARCHIVE
And now we wish to place them back in our store, we have found when we return them from
ARCHIVE to IMPORT LIST most of them now display ZERO VARIATIONS and ZERO PRICE.
And the Variation sections does not open but just hangs in the screen.
If we move them from IMPORT to SYNC, in the live store they display the same ZERO Values
We’d really like any advice on this as it took us a month of heavy editing to get the 900 items ready for our store and we wish to avoid a repeat of this workload by having to do them all again.
Any help from anyone why they are not syncing anymore would be fantastic!
