Modify 6-Digit Customer Code Email

Hello,

Im looking to modify the email template sent out to customers when they login to their store account. I opted for the feature to send out a 6-digit code instead of using a password to access their account. But I cannot seem to find where I can modify this email as it’s currently scaling my logo and the email is not cohesive with the other layouts I have setup for customer notifications.

Attached is the email I am referring too.

Hello @Varient

  • Go to your Shopify store’s admin dashboard.
  • Click on “Settings” in the left sidebar menu.
  • Under “Settings,” choose “Notifications.”
  • Scroll down the list of templates until you find the “Customer login” template.
  • Click the “Edit” button next to the “Customer login” template.
  • In the email editor, you can make changes to the following elements
  • Use the “Preview” button to see how the email will look to your customers.
  • Test the email by sending it to yourself to ensure it’s working correctly.
  • Once you’re satisfied with the modifications, click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Also you can try Mobile OTP login app to send code on Mobile Phone for login

I’m having the same issue, I can’t find that template on the Notification’s settings page.
