Hello,
I would like to modify the TIP verbiage on the checkout/payment page. The functionality is perfect but I would like to use the term “Contribute” vs. “TIP” in the heading, on the button, and in the Custom Tip field. Any idea if this is possible? We’re using the Story Theme.

You should be able to make that change by using the theme language editor. If your theme is still in trial mode you won’t be able to access this function, but you can easily test it on one of the free themes from the Shopify theme store.
In your store admin, you can go to Online Store > Themes, click the button with the 3 dots next to the theme you want to update the word TIP for, and select Edit languages.
The language editor allows you to edit and customize the wording used across the entire theme and when I checked using the Dawn theme, I was able to access and edit the TIP fields. You will want to select the 3 dots button on the right hand side of the language editor and choose Checkout & System to see the TIP fields, or you can search for the word TIP in the filter items bar.
If you are wanting to edit a theme on a live store, I always recommend duplicating the current theme file, making your changes and then publishing the duplicate. This ensures you have a safe backup to recover from and makes the transition smooth for your customers.
