im looking for help with hiding product variant images from the product image gallery while still showing the variant images in the shopping cart at checkout. I’ve tried inserting code from other posts about this issue and nothing works.

You can use following object to add condition to it, it will work fine.
here is the link. The issue is with Shop > plant stands.
