Moneris 3D Security not operating in Shopify web store

We use Moneris 3D Secure, which is setup with Moneris; but not operating in specialneedscomputers.ca. Moneris states the problem is Shopify. Shopify is not able to help.

We are not using Shopify Pay.

Can anyone help solve this major problem?
