I have a customer that placed an order and forgot to put in her discount code. I am not refunding any product she ordered, I just want to give her the money back that her discount would’ve been.
How do I do that?

Hey, @DogLoveisGood .
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
You can refund part of an order to account for the discount so that you don’t have to refund the entire order and the customer wouldn’t have to place their order again. However, you’ll need to remember not to restock the item since the item isn’t being returned, and you may also want to attach a note or comment to the order as a reminder. It’s also a good practice to keep a copy of the transcript between you and the customer about the transactions in the event of any charge disputes.
