My bookkeeper needs this NOW. It’s the 8th of January and still no inventory valuation and ZERO response from Shopify support. WTF?

If by the 10th is not available, I will contact customer support. My accountant is waiting on this for inventory tax.

I just now tried and it’s there! But it’s 9:00 p.m. ET on January 9. This is unacceptable on the part of Shopify!

Me again. The report was there. I was checking down through it. I clicked ‘edit columns’ to add a column and when I did, it all went away and once again says “No data found for the date range selected.” I have no words!

Has this been resolved or do we have a time frame we need to wait? New to Shopify.

Does Shopify actually read these comments? I’m new to this, it’s the 3rd of the month and still no end of month reports available.

It takes about 10 days for you to see this.
