Just looking to see what others experience is like using a UPS carrier account with Shopify. Each month we are getting an invoice because the UPS rounds the weight up to the nearest LB. We were given the impression that we wouldn’t have to deal with these invoices once we hooked up the carrier account. Is this something you have to deal with?
An example order is for 1.5lbs which gets quoted at $9.16 in shopify for the label but then we get billed $9.18. For the amount of packages we ship each month we end up getting a large bill because of the difference in what we pay for the shipping label plus the fees for not paying off the label
