Months later and Shopify won't remove dupe site - any help?

Hello, our website has been cloned by a scammer. It’s been months, we’ve tried everything - FTC, google, stripe, icann, hosting, tucows, FBI, police report, shopify. There’s been no response. I’ve filed with Shopify countless times, the store is hosted on Shopify and they literally don’t ship any products, I can’t see how after months of operations they haven’t been shut down on charge backs alone.

Any help? Really disillusioned with Shopify over this.

I agree largely with what @finnya has prescribed here, honestly the only way to fully resolve this is to engage a lawyer and go the legal route. That way your complaints and concerns can’t be overlooked anymore
