We are trying to transfer our domain from Squarespace to Shopify and it has been more than 48 hours. We still have the notification that it should happen within 48 hours but nothing has swapped or appeared yet.
we are moving from Squarespace to Shopify. We did get an email from Squarespace saying there was a domain transfer request and to do nothing if we wanted the transfer to proceed, otherwise respond before January 24th. However we want this to be approved now- do we have to wait until the 24th?
I completed all of these steps listed on that link. The link you sent says nothing about CNAME and nameservers. What are these?
We set up the website on shopify under the temporary domain they gave us. We purchased the domain from squarespace, but haven’t actually set up a webpage with it as we want that domain associated with our shopify store.
