Hi Everyone,
I bought this Motion Theme for my online shop. The background video works perfectly on computer but it can not autoplay on cell phone! Even don’t have a static picture instead. You have to click the play button to play the video and I don’t want that. I have searched for the solution and found a lot same situation and Can’t seem to find a fix for this. Anyone can help me with that? MANY Thanks!

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?
You mean clear cookies on cellphone? How to do that?
And is it able to test via WeChat browser? Thanks!
maybe check chrome private browser
@christine0117 - some time back few browser updates have revoked the autoplay support , hence it is now a days common that video do not play automatically on mobile browsers, unfortunately we can not do much as we can not control browsers.
Your video has autoplay tag which is coding requirement and it is fulfilled, otherwise try some app where you can integrate video and it has its video player which forces video to play
