Hi,
I need some help with customising my store which is using the Motion theme. I would like to add product labels to my product images (i.e. Sale, New, Save xxx%) which probably requires some coding.
Another customisation is adding a ‘First Name’ input box to my newsletter signup at the footer.
Would appreciate any help or if there’s anyone who can help me with the coding.

To DIY some changes for a theme may already have discussions and possible reference code.
There may also be other discussions for other themes but you’ll often need to figure out what the different files names between differing themes.

For “labels” you’d also search for “badges”
Depending on scale there’s also literally just editing the images to have the labels in the image itself. But that can be easy to forget about, or hard to manage for lots of products.
