Can anyone please show me how to move my Collection page copy below the images in Dawn?

yes it can be done by Custom code. you have make changes in your Collection page.
let me know if you need help and kindly share screen shot where you want to add the collection list.

I’d like to move the circled text in the 1st photo to where the red line is in the 2nd photo.

for that you have to give me the collaboration access. so i will replace or interchange the text which you have mention.
It can be fixed by the custom code.
